My Notes

Edit
Why rent an office when you can own it for less than the monthly cost of a rental? This comfortable office condo, with a 3/4 bath, is located on the second floor of the Broadway Building, part of the historic Lafayette complex. HOA is only $57 a month and for this disbursement you have access to the top floor solarium in the Campbell building (A great venue for your client appreciation party) and one of the better fitness centers in the city. Storage lockers are available for rent and there are affiliations with parking lots in the East Arts District area. All furnishings are included. Financing will be difficult due to the low list price of this business/commercial condo. Use your equity line of credit and purchase this unit for cash. This is office/work space only and can not be used for living space. Entrance to the Broadway building is @ 520 E. Broadway and the Linden address is the USPS address. There are only about 20 office condos in all of Long Beach and 12 of them are in the Lafayette.  More Less

      Market guide

Zillow predicts East Village home values will fall 1.2% next year, compared to a 0.9% decrease for Long Beach as a whole. Among East Village homes, this home is valued 50% more than the midpoint (median) home, and is valued 454.7% more per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In East Village, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 14.2% higher than in Long Beach, and 72.4% higher than the national average. This higher local number may prevent East Village home values from rising as quickly as other regions in Long Beach.
