There are some homes that captivate you as soon as you walk in the front door. They surprise you with the spaciousness of the rooms, the natural light and the beautiful gardens. This is one of them. Get rid of your pre conceived notions of what a two bedroom house looks like and take a look at this home. There is lots of good, usable square footage. The living room and kitchen are open and pleasant. There are two master suites. The back yard is phenomonal. Gracious paths traverse through the trees and plants. Best of all this home is fully accessible to anyone. In the past it has been used for elder care and day care. Young or old can access the back yard and enjoy the covered pation and sunny yard. There are raised planter beds ready to fill with plants. Park an RV or boat in the gated side yard.This is the best priced, single family home in South Redlands. Move in ready.Sellers are willing to split the cost of a nice 16x20 parking shed from Lowes.Since there is no garage it would be nice to have a place for your garage items.Approximate cost is $6100 plus $700 for the roll up door. 

What I love about the home

It has the feel of the 2014 modern energy throughout the home and yet it has stood the test of time and built in 1915! Everyone that walks into the home says the same thing time and time again, " This home was built WHEN??!! It feels so modern!" I love this home as the agent and I know the person that buys this home will absolutely fall in love with so much of the details. The serene backyard that I enjoyed just sitting in the open house, the mature tree and relaxing patio. The next person that buys this home will enjoy the large living area but mostly the connectivity of the home that flows and has such a great energy to this modernized classic home.
