What I love about the home

Walking distance to South Congress, two car (very large and deep) garage, super bright, backs up onto greenbelt, high end finishes and a great floorplan. The Neighborhood: This condo is in the heart of the booming South Shore District. The neighborhood is quickly developing along Lady Bird Lake with new businesses including coffee shops, sports bars, SUP (standup paddle boards) retail shops, bike rentals, and more. - 2 blocks from Town Lake and the hike & bike trail - 4 blocks from Emo's or Antones music venue - 5 blocks from brand new HEB Plus & new Planet Fitness - 6 blocks from Rainey Street District - 6 blocks from Guerrero Park - 1.1 miles to South Congress - 1.5 miles to SXSW convention center - 2 miles to Auditorium Shores & Zilker Park - 11 miles to Circuit of the Americas Getting around Cab rides to downtown (So Congress, Convention Center, 6th Street) are usually about $6 or you can walk to the corner and catch the bus ($2 for a day pass). Getting to and from the airport is easy - it's a 3 mile $20 cab ride.
