1404 E Susquehanna Ave is a 2-story single family home in the heart of Fishtown with charming details, laundry in-unit and a very large backyard which is fully fenced in, and one gated parking spot.
The first floor has a large living room with hardwood floors, separate dining room, half bathroom and an eat-in kitchen with second dining area. The kitchen comes equipped with built-in wall oven, 5-burner gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. An abundance of cabinets provide lots of storage options, butcher block countertops, white tiled backsplash and a deep farmhouse sink complete the look.
Upstairs are two bedrooms on either end of the house, a full bathroom off of the main hall and two separate hallway linen/coat closets. The bathroom has another linen closet and a shower stall with glass enclosure. Both bedrooms are huge, definitely enough room for king size beds & extra furniture, and both have double, his and hers closets. Plush, wall-to-wall carpeting in the bedrooms provides extra comfort.
Central air conditioning. Full sized washer & dryer located off of the kitchen in a large laundry closet.
Right in the heart of Fishtown, this location is just down the street from ReAnimator Coffee, Loco Pez, and Cedar Point Bar & Kitchen, walkable to tons more like Greensgrow Farms, Frankford Hall, Kraftwork, La Colombe etc. On-street parking is generally not hard to find in the area.
First month, last month, one month security deposit due at lease signing. $45 application fee per applicant. Pets are conditional on owner's approval and will require additional deposit, if accepted. Generally this is $500/dog and $250/cat. Tenants responsible for all utilities: gas, electricity, water, cable/internet.
