Formal living room and dining room, huge family room with gas fireplace; granite counters and stainless appliances in kitchen; covered back patio. Back yard is fenced in, but fence could be removed if you want view of trees. Back on market because buyer could not get financing.

What I love about the home

Large, flowing floor plan, lots of windows, preserve views; granite and stainless in kitchen; bonus room; office could be BR5, if needed.
