This is a duplex. Each unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. It is located close to the beaches, school house, restaurants and the parade route. This unit sits behind the tall sand dunes. The back deck would make a great place for entertaining and each unit has a screened back porch. There is an open floor plan with breakfast bar overlooking the kitchen and the dining area is separate behind the kitchen. Get your friend and buy together! Furnishings are negotiable.

What I love about the home

Do not park on the street or near the fire hydrants. Watch out for sand stay in driveway. General: Respect others by keeping noise to a minimum after 10pm. Bag all trash. Grill only on the ground or concrete. No grilling on wooden decks. Refrigerator and freezer settings should be kept in the middle range. CLEAN FISH OUTSIDE ONLY!!!! Prior To Departure: Check out is 10 Am. Clean all your dishes. Empty the refrigerator. Bag all trash and put in outside containers. Turn thermostat to 80 degrees in warm weather and 60 degrees in cool weather. Turn off all interior and exterior lights. Lock all doors. Return keys to Grace Tyson Real Estate: drop in the key slot on office front door.
