Neighborhood Description
Neighborhood park at the end of our street and the Large Willamette Park which holds community water activities, sports and local fairs for the area. 3 Firestations are within 5 mins of the home. Neighborhood now includes several business shopping areas and office buildings. The city of Willamette (inside West Linn ) has many historical homes restored and the main street has become a main attraction shopping area and popular Farmers Market during the spring and summer months. A new postoffice and Doctors office facility is being constucted off the 205 freeway.
The 205 Freeway offers connections to all the local business freemways for easy access to commute. 20 minutes from downtown Portland - Salem - Airport . 1 1/2 hour commute to the Beach or Mt Hood Lodge for skying. Willamette River which is only 5 minutes from the house offers a modern boat ramp for water sports.
