The master bedroom has wall-to-wall mirrored closets with organizers, and the second bedroom has an alcove with a small built-in desk and shelving perfect for a school-age kid. The third bedroom could become a spacious office if you wish. You also get your own private detached 2-car garage.
Address: 1407 Hull Lane, located in the Muir Hill Condominium complex which is just off Muir Rd between Morello and Pine. Easy access to Hwy 4 & I-680, close to shopping and cinema, and only 2 blocks from the Veterans Hospital and Kaiser Permanente. Good schools. Sparkling clean pool in the complex.
Rent is $2000 per month with a $2000 security deposit. Water/sewer and garbage is included. The tenant pays for gas, electric, cable & phone. One year lease required. Must have good credit and references!
A small pet might be allowed with owner?s approval and an additional pet security deposit. Owner loves pets too but having just installed brand new carpet, she is going to be cautious about allowing pets!
