See what is wrong with Zillow is they post the assumptions without caviats. Zillow the house did not sell for 70K in 2012 that was what was recorded in public records. It actually appraised at that time at nearly TRIPLE that value. NEVER TRUST THE ACURRACY OF ZILLOW! However, what Zillow can't do is comprended that the public record data was a mixture of old an new at the time they arrived on the scene. The home was enlarged 50% after 8/2004. The metal roof was put on after 8/2004 on a larger home. In other words Zillow values this home as if it sold in it's current condition in 8/2004 which is 100% wrong therefore the zestimate is crap. It is like they use to say about computers, garbage in garbage out. Don't rely on Zillow!
