My Notes

Edit
Something for Everyone! Zoned LR2, lives beautifully as private residence & has great income potential. Beautiful BIG Wallingford remodel/addition w/lovely garden spaces, 3-6 bedrooms, legal accessory unit, artist's loft, living room, family room, large kitchen, big garage - many bonus areas throughout this spacious Craftsman. A 1910 home w/all systems updated and mostly new thermal windows during 1997 additions. Tasteful, charming & large, but cozy - ready for the next generation!

What I love about the home

This is the best place to live in Seattle. The restaurants, the food, the people are fantastic and unique. The home is wonderful with fruit trees, grapes, raspberries and a community garden shared with the preschool just a couple of blocks away. The large sycamore tree shades the house in the summer to keep it cool.

Market guide

Zillow predicts Wallingford home values will increase 4.3% next year, compared to a 5.4% rise for Seattle as a whole. Among Wallingford homes, this home is 189.1% more expensive than the midpoint (median) home, and is priced 22.4% more per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In Wallingford, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 28.8% less than in Seattle, and 44.5% lower than the national average. This lower local number could help Wallingford home values rise more quickly than other regions in Seattle.
