Great Potential!! Incredible home, and an incredible lot on a quiet and comfortable setting among mature oak trees. This great home features an open kitchen, huge great room, 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and covered wrap around porch. This home is on a double lot 100 x 140, and there is potential to subdivide and build 2 new homes, but this property is in such good shape it would be hard to convince yourself not to finish this one off and flip for a VERY significant profit. The house was renovated in 2002; all major items including roof, plumbing, and electrical, are all from 2002.
