My Notes

Updated 2 bedroom condo in the highly desirable Rob Clark building. Commute to Cedars-Sinai on foot. Enjoy one of the most walkable neighborhoods in LA, one block from Robertson Blvd. boutiques and restaurants. Beautiful hardwood flooring, high end appliances, including Sub-Zero fridge, Central HVAC system replaced one year ago, brand new toilets, updated bath fixtures, custom window treatments, built in wall speakers in living room for home theater/audio, extremely friendly, courteous neighbors (doctors, lawyers, professionals), a real life Melrose Place.

What I love about the home

Location cannot be beaten for convenience and "hip-ness." One block from Robertson shopping/dining; easy walk to Beverly Center; 3 blocks from Cedars-Sinai (perfect for doctors or nurses). Young, hip, Melrose Place owners in the building. Always folks out by the pool, or grilling in the courtyard on our high-end gas grilles. Utilities are very low in this efficient unit. I have a 5 year old car with 20,000 miles - get the picture? If you live here, you never have to drive unless you want to. One cannot put a price on this.
