What I love about the home

When living in this townhouse it is easily possible to never have to leave the local area, and some days you literally don't need a car. Everything is walking distance... mall, movies, groceries, restaurants, bars, you name it! I love the spacious wide-open feeling you get when looking out of any of the windows... The empty fields across the canal resemble a country setting and it's easy to imagine you are somewhere far away, especially during sunrise and sunset. I love the size and space of the layout... None of the rooms are small, high ceilings are a bonus and the ease and maintenance of the exterior make it an effortless lifestyle. Neighbors are friendly and and the community feels safe despite no gates (which are a hassle anyway). The best thing though, is the ability to rent out the first floor bedroom. It's private and quiet and easy to find good tenants to help with the mortgage.
