Fabulous 1912 era East Hill home completely remodeled in 2011-2012. The home sits atop a high hill with a view of Escambia Bay from the front porch. No detail was overlooked in the updating of this home. Over $50,000 in recent upgrades. Four original period fireplaces, 11' ceiling heights throughout, gorgeous refinished hardwood floors and new double-pane windows throughout. The interior was reconfigured to add another full bathroom and a centrally located half bath for guests and convenience. A full laundry room & utility space was added as well. The entire home has new windows, new electrical, newly painted inside and outside. All rooms are ideally large and the two bedrooms, the living room and dining room have gorgeous fireplaces. The master suite is sumptuous with an added walk-in closet and a luxurious master bathroom with a whirlpool tub, marble flooring and two exquisite vanities. The front bedroom is used as an office/den currently, but adjoins the master bedroom as well to complete a true master suite.
