Immaculately clean modern 3 bed 2 bath home in great location. I'm the owner and I'm renting 2 rooms, one room was quickly taken so we're looking for our third roommate. You'll be sharing with two mature individuals; we like music, one is in banking and a tango dancer and the other in social services, we're educated, we're liberal, and fairly laid back.This is a modern home with amenities. No chore wheel or being perplexed by who-does-what. Just simple things; put dirty dishes away after meals, wipe counters off after use, take off shoes in house, etc. etc. Basic stuff for most people.Located in a manicured quiet cul-de-sac 5 minutes to freeways, 15 minutes to downtown by car, and only 3 blocks from the East 148th Street MAX station - walk or bike to downtown via MAX! Nice. Glendoveer Golf Course is nearby as are several parks. This is a safe, convenient, and neighborly location.You room is 10x11 (110 sq ft), features vinyl double pain windows for fresh air, and closet space. You will share a full bath with only one person so warm baths and showers can be enjoyed. There is a lot of shared space in the kitchen for your cookware, closet space in the hall for your things, and some space in the garage. This is a newly purchased home so you have an opportunity to influence all manner of things.First and last. We share utilities which run around $150. We are smoke and pet free.  More Less
