Two separate complete single family residences, both legally and completely permitted and not attached. Both houses accommodate families with a perfect setup for extended family living. One house is non-wheelchair handicapped accessible. Both houses have ample and usable back yards. Property is secured with an electric, controlled access gate. Both houses have private, secured and enclosed backyards.

What I love about the home

Both houses are in excellent condition and are very functional for single family living, or for extended family living. Both houses are arranged in order to maximize use, but also ensure privacy, which can be difficult in urban areas. Both houses have hardwood floors. One house has original lathe and plaster walls, original interior doors with cut glass knobs, and original hardwood floors. The neighborhood is fantastic, very stable, mixed with professionals, young families, and retirees, There is an active neighborhood watch. Both houses have central air conditioning. It doesn't need to be used often, though, because of well-placed trees, which capture cross breezes and draw them through the houses.
