The master bedroom with attached bathroom is a loft with a walk in closet. The other 2 bedrooms have hardwood floors and share a common bathroom. There is also a sunroom off one of the living areas that leads to the 1 car attached garage. The basement is fully finished with another family room, a sitting area, updated bathroom and 2 bonus rooms, which 1 is a workshop. There is plenty of storage and pantry closets. The house has a fully fenced yard, beautiful lawns and is on a sprinkler system. The location is in a great part of town. The rent would be $1,595 per month, with a $1,595 deposit.
