From the main floor, walk a few steps upstairs to the 2 bedrooms, full bathroom AND the mastersuite, with it's own full bathroom and large dressing area. Or take a few steps down to the large family room with a second fireplace, a separate space for home office or craft area, and the 3rd bathroom. Beautiful sliding doors from each level provide access to the large backyard which is already set up for entertaining. Beat the heat in the sparkling swimming pool or sit with friends on the upper level patio area. There is even room to shoot hoops for a game of basketball H*O*R*S*E. Be sure to notice the 3-car garage, crown moldings, upgraded windows, beautiful wood floors throughout and appreciate the tankless hot water system you don't see. Can't beat the location with NO neighbors behind you. 

What I love about the home

The kitchen is absolutely gorgeous! Perfect for serving buffet style large family functions. The darker hardwood floors really update the look. The backyard is also one of the best features. The neighborhood is very well maintained by all, great school system in La Habra and a wonderful community to be a part of!

The Zestimate is too low. This home has many wonderful upgrades, including gorgeous hardwood floors, completely remodeled kitchen with extra counter and storage space, 2 tankless water heaters - one on each side of the home, pool area and still plenty of backyard with grass.
