My Notes

Edit
Charming, historic, Victorian two-story home in vibrant Holy Cross neighborhood. Home features hardwood floors, french doors, historic windows in front, replacement windows on sides and rear. First floor currently has kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining room, parlor/office, bedroom, and a bonus room. Second floor has one very large bedroom with a separate sitting room. The remainder of the second floor would easily accommodate two more bedrooms and bathrooms if fully finished turning this into a wonderful 4-bedroom, 3-bath home. Renovate immediately, or move in and work on completing it at your convenience.
Neighborhood Description
Highland Park, with the best skyline views in Indianapolis, is 1.5 blocks away, Flat 12 Brewery and the Smoking Goose market are 3 blocks away, and the Holy Cross Neighborhood Association is very actively working to improve the neighborhood. Fabulous new houses are being constructed a block west on New York Street and existing homes are being renovated throughout the neighborhood.

What I love about the home

I love that this home is spacious and affordable, yet in a great downtown adjacent neighborhood that is easy walking and biking distance to Mass Ave and all the other great cultural, entertainment, and employment opportunities downtown offers.
