It has a central A/C Htg Heat Pump, plus a wall A/C. Plus a 1-Bdrm, 1-bath w/stack W/D mother-in-law quarters with living/dining room, kitchen. It has its own heating & cooling & a separate entrance, but can be accessible to the main house. The walk-out basement in the back is like a duplex with two 1-bedroom, 1-bath units; each with separate entrances & each have living rooms & kitchens, their own heating & cooling, and can be accessible to the main house. Half of the lot is one level & the other half is terraced with a ramp to the lower back half. The back has a block wall separating it from the Horseman's Association with a large riding arena & where rodeos are held, and horses can be boarded.
