Available NOW!!Gorgeous and very spacious Colonial house in the residential 16th Street height neighborhood. Entertainers delight! You will love its open feeling and 10 feet high ceilings. With more than 4,000 square feet of living space and hardwood floors throughout you can easily entertain and have the most sumptuous receptions or family reunions. Besides a half bath on the 1st floor, there is a huge LR and DR with wood burning fireplaces which opens onto an extra room. Modern eat-in kitchen with pass through to the DR, stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. There is ample storage space: all 5 bedrooms have closets with shelves. Master bedroom has a walking closet with skylight accessible through the master bath. It is central air conditioning on second floor, steam radiators and ceiling fans throughout.
