-Under Contract- Fantastic house located in downtown Cary and has a corner lot next to a cul de sac. Close to many shops and I-40 as well as 440 yet away from traffic and in a quiet neighborhood (and no HOA dues!) Remodel in late 2013! New roof, complete A/C and heat system, new bathroom and kitchen remodel as well as refinished original hardwood floors throughout and paint inside and out. Almost no surface was left untouched and all under warranty! It is a split level with separate entry downstairs (perfect for kids or an in law or just separate entertaintment/shop area). Schools are Cary Elementary, Reedy Creek High and Cary Academy.

What I love about the home

It has a great, flat corner lot so the yard is both useable and easy to maintain. It is in a quiet, established and clean neighborhood but takes just minutes to jump on I-40 or I-440 and with the recently expanded Walnut street (only 2 blocks over!), there is no traffic. Two of my neighbors did remodels this year. :) From this location, you can walk to downtown and grocery stores as well as restaurants. The mall is less than 10 minutes away if you are driving. The split level makes it ideal with kids (since there is multiple rooms upstairs close or farther from the master bedroom) and the downstairs has a separate entry door into the house which can be useful for grown up kids or in laws. Entire roof also has new gutters and gutter guards that are very low maintenance with new sprouts and pipes. Practically everything is still under warranty (and will be for a long time)!
