This unit has real hardwood floors, and tall smooth soaring ceilings. The living room is bright and beautiful, with a fireplace and a sliding door leading out to a sunny balcony (balcony has a storage closet). Off the kitchen is a lovely dining room with tall ceilings. The bedroom is large, and has a walk-in closet. The tile bathroom is clean. The laundry is conveniently located inside the unit, and the stackable washer and dryer are included in the sale. Parking and storage is made easy with your own private detached 2-car tandem garage (#71) with auto opener, plus a parking space on the street! Newer two-tone paint and new tankless water heater. Unit also has A/C! Terrific unit in great gated complex, "Harbor Gate" which has a big pool, spa, waterfall, and lots of trees.
