Lots of natural woodwork, wood floors and tall ceilings. The home is what vintage property enthusiasts call an American Four Square with an enormous entry foyer, dining room and a sizable kitchen with granite and butcher block countertops. The first floor also houses a utility room and guest bathroom. This house also comes with an enclosed rear porch on a crawl space, which could easily be heated and cooled, and brand new deck on the rear of the house. Upstairs there are 3 generous bedrooms and full bath. A fourth bedroom and a bathroom are in the finished, walk-up attic. The roof was replaced in 2009 with a complete tear off. The home has had replacement wood thermo-pane windows installed in the last few years.
