What I love about the home

This condo feels like a home not a condo with it high ceilings and smart open layout. All the bedrooms are spacious and has a great floor plan for guest and entertaining. You will not feel like you are downsizing if you are coming from a larger home. Complex only has 12 units so it is very private. Plenty of parking for guest unlike many of the newer condo complexes. No high buildings on either side of the property so you don't feel closed in. Beach is very private and you don't usually get tourist down at this part. The 2 car parking is equivalent to a 2 car garage and you get a storage closet.
