This home has a lot of character for those who are not interested in the cookie cutter homes. This is a great redevelopment area less than one minute from downtown Fort Lauderdale. Large lot for a builder to consider townhomes. Lots on both side have townhomes built and under construction starting in the high $600s.

What I love about the home

This neighborhood is close to everything...business and arts district. Shopping on Las Olas is 2 mins away. The beach is 2 miles away. Port Everglades and Fort Lauderdale airport are a 2 to 4 min drive. Can't beat the lifestyle of living close to everything!
