Located on a quiet street in a great neighborhood (Wasatch Hollow). Close to the University of UT, hospitals, and downtown SLC. Easy access to the freeways as well. This charming old school bungalow has an efficient floor plan. This is a great house for a single person or a couple. Low maintenance yard. Pets are OK and the back yard is fenced. Nice deck off the master bedroom. Garage is 26.5' x 15.5' inside with a 12' x 9' door. Heated studio and workshop for projects, toys, or a small business. Plenty more storage in the basement. Long driveway allows for more off-street parking.

Tenant responsible for utilities and yardwork.
