My Notes

This 1920's Craftsman Style home sits on Las Lunas, chaperoned by mature twin palms and enveloped in iceberg roses and lavender. The comfortable front porch greets guests as they move up the walkway. A massive oak door is the first thing you see as you enter into the formal living room. There are handsome wood details throughout the entire home such as wood framed windows and hardwood floors. ?Period? style lighting adorns the walls and built in wood bookcases are paired on either side of the tiled fireplace which displays an actual ?replica? tile from the Gamble House in Pasadena. From this room, you can look out to the front yard flowers or into the ?Great Room? where you can enjoy and share the space of a sitting area, a fantastic kitchen with a center island and a family eating area. This is the heart of the home! Featuring top of the line appliances such as a Fisher Paykel dishwasher and a Jenn-Air range/cooktop; everything is at the chef?s fingertips. Enjoy the view to the backyard and patio while you cook or entertain through the French doors.
Bedroom one is situated at the front of home and Bedroom two on the other side of the main hall bathroom. The two bedrooms share a full main hall bathroom that was previously, tastefully remodeled. The master suite is privately located near the middle of the home. This room has a walk-in closet and master bathroom with travertine tiled shower and floors. Set off by itself and up a split-level, a fourth, convertible bedroom suite OR large den/family room is located up a short flight of stairs creating a great space for extended family or guests if needed. This space has an open airy feel with plenty of windows, its own full bathroom and newly installed wood laminate floors. A two car attached garage has epoxy finished floors and is a great space for hobbies, games. It hosts, storage space, the laundry area, has two separate garage doors. The garage opens to an ample parking area and an automatic iron gate to Crawford Alley. This is a special home that has been lovingly cared for. You will not want to miss out on this one!
**Assessors records still reflect old information** The home was originally a duplex in the 1920's and was converted to a single family residence in 1950, then completely remodeled in 2002.
