This completely remodeled condominium has one of the best views in Cleveland and is located in the highly desired Riverbend condominiums. Be captivated upon entry with warm and inviting hardwood floors and the open westward view over the river. Brand new energy efficient triple pane glass windows and doors keep the heat in and the noise out. The kitchen was updated with new ceramic tile, cabinets, granite countertops, stainless appliances, under-counter sink and faucet, and has a roomy walk-in pantry. The new cabinets over the pass through countertop create an open feeling to the spacious dinning/living area while providing lots of storage. The main bedroom boasts two (2) walk-in closets with the second bedroom having one. Both bedrooms have attached full bathrooms, both of which shine with new ceramic tile floors, 6 ft. countertops (one granite) and brand new vanities. The bath off the main bedroom also includes a very large linen closet. Outlets, switches and 90% of the light fixtures were all replaced. New 6 panel doors and hardware complete the quality of work performed during the renovation. The furnace is only 5 years old. An outdoor patio overlooking the river with gas grills and tables provide a relaxing space to entertain friends. This condo includes one inside reserved parking space with additional outside onsite parking when available. A new roof is being installed this fall. Assessment fee for the roof has already been paid in full. Riverbend is located three blocks away from the new Scott Wolstien development which will offer 250,000 square feet of retail, with a movie theater, shops, galleries, restaurants and a possible marina once completed. Other unique location features include an adjacent RTA Rapid station, a new recreation park very close by, multiple restaurants on West 6th and Tower City just a few blocks away. What I love about the home

The roomy openness of this condo with its fantastic views of the river and, in such a well maintained building, is just terrific. When you add the close proximity to downtown, dining, RTA, the park, not to mention the quality workmanship in its renovation and its new windows, it makes it very hard to resist.
