This wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is situated in a desirable neighborhood backing up to a beautiful park like setting! This home features a lovely entry with hardwood floors and spiral staircase; tile floors in kitchen and bathrooms, open floor plan, high ceilings and inviting master suite. Lovely great room off kitchen with fireplace, and elegant living room. Loft/bedroom has a wet bar with fireplace! Private rear yard accessed by three 6' sliders.
New; range and microwave, rear window and siding, front porch and siding, slider from master bedroom just replaced as well as new siding, new landing and steps from master bedroom being installed within the next week. Large 2 car garage with interior access and newer furnace/central air.
 

What I love about the home

Quiet, Safe neighborhood, within walking distance to a park, G&G shopping center, public tennis courts, basket ball courts, a large children's playground, Meadow elementary is a couple of blocks, a new Friedman's hardware store and shopping center is opening a few blocks away, access to highway 101 is within 2 miles in either direction along N McDowell. Access to; all school levels, employment, shopping, entertainment, dining and recreation is within 5 miles. I am aware I am asking well above current market value; I do not need to sell, I would like to though. My price is firm. NO LEASE
