Take a look at this great starter home in the North end of San Bernardino on a beautiful tree-lined street. This house has a large laundry room/mud room with a large wash tub sink. The kitchen has 18" ceramic tile that goes into the laundry room, recessed lighting, and a water softener. Plumbing in the master bath has recently been re-plumbed. The master bath also has a Jacuzzi tub with beautifully decorated tile around it. Off of the second bedroom is a small bonus room that works great as a nursery or craft room. The house has a central air trane unit. There is a 2 car garage and also plenty of room for RV parking. The backyard has a great playhouse for kids.
