Neighborhood Description
This is a small community feeling area walking distance to cafes, boutiques, pubs, movie theatres, grocery stores and more. Mornings and afternoons are wonderful - parents walking their kids to school and people taking their dogs on walks! It truly has a small/casual community feeling. Tons of restaurants and high end stores mixed with cute/casual cafes and people having their Starbucks on Sunday mornings. Benefit is not a through street so it's truly a gem -- it's only two blocks long and most people outside of this area don't know about it so it's nice and quiet with plenty of extra street parking for friends/relatives! Very safe community for small children.
 

What I love about the home

The tall 9ft walls of windows in each room truly make this unit spectacular and one of a kind! Being on the top floor (no one above you) with views through the trees and a very long/walled paio (over 23 ft long!) provides amazing outside living feeling/fresh air and escape! This is not a "cookie cutter" condo...all fixtures, updates were hand chosen and create a unique/special condo different than any others you will see! Glass vessle sinks, brushed nickle hardware through out and amazing glasss/stone backsplash in both the kitchen and bar/entertaining area give this a real upscale feeling!!
