Market guide

Zillow predicts Cory - Merrill home values will increase 5% next year, compared to a 4.6% increase for Denver as a whole. Among Cory - Merrill homes, this home is valued 20.6% more than the midpoint (median) home, but is valued 39.9% less per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In Cory - Merrill, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 41.5% lower than in Denver, and 23.8% lower than the national average. This lower local number could help Cory - Merrill home values rise more quickly than other regions in Denver.
