My Notes

Hardwood floors throughout the living areas, tile in the kitchen, carpet in the three additional bedrooms, carpet + tile in the master bedroom. The master wing is separated for privacy to the back side by the pool, with French doors opening to the deck / pool area and a large separate bathroom / dressing area (tile), with large walk in closet, large tub and separate glassed in shower. The other three bedrooms are on the front side of the house. Large central kitchen with granite counters and island, lots of counters, drawers, cabinet space and walk in pantry, it is wide open to the living and morning rooms (it is one large room, about 32' x 22'), adjacent to the formal dining area at the front of the house. Very energy efficient, faces South, shielded by mature trees, large glass windows face the pool to the North with a gas log fireplace between them. Brand new 30 year roof, installed April 2013. Separated large walk in washer / dryer room, next to the master, with built in overhead shelves. Stainless steel gas range, stainless steel disposal, new lifetime warranty stainless steel Moen kitchen faucet, double stainless steel kitchen sink, finished / sheet rocked garage, outside stainless steel gas grill (on the deck) ties directly into the natural gas line. New programmable sprinkler system, new pool filter and pump, new polaris, new digital thermostat.
Neighborhood Description
It's a relatively new area, but with a lot of nice amenities now built up. There is a new HEB grocery store and Starbucks at the front of the neighborhood, there is also a new Memorial Hermann hospital at the intersection opening to the neighborhood on Beltway 8. The elementary school (and a Primrose pre-elementary) are within walking distance. The middle and high schools are at the front of the neighborhood, near the Starbucks, HEB and hospital.

What I love about the home

Just one mile South down West Lake Houston to Beltway 8. You can now go West to 59, or South to Highway 90 to I-10 for quick equidistant access to downtown / Galleria.
