Neighborhood Description
It's a relatively new area, but with a lot of nice ammenities now built up. There is a new HEB grocery store at the front of the neighborhood and a new Memorial Hermann hospital at the intersection opening to the neigborhood on Beltway 8. The elementary school (and a Primrose pre-elementary) are walking distance. The middle and high school are at the font of the neighborhood, near the HEB and hospital. About 35 minutes each way to downtown during the work week (about 20 minutes on the weekend) and about 15 minutes to the Bush airport.
 
What I love about the home
It is a beautiful home with a lot of space, on a quiet street and a short walk (couple of blocks to Lake Meredith, park, walking / jogging track) and just one mile down West Lake Houston to Beltway 8. You can now go West to 59, or South to Highway 90 to I-10 for equidistant access to downtown.
