Traditional Sale! This condo is in a great building with an even better location! Experience all Imperial Beach has to offer, right on Seacoast Drive! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit is located in a complex with beach access, a great patio, and bbqs! This place is definitely a must-see! Just renovated this year.WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THE HOMEOcean access, first floor, bright, washer/dryer in unit, great storage for kayaks, bikes, surfboards all within the condo. The carport and mailbox are right out front.The Historic Pier, Estuary, Beach, restaurants and shppes are all just a bicycle ride away 04/16/15

What I love about the home

Ocean access, first floor, bright, washer/dryer in unit, fireplace, enclosed storage for kayaks, surfboards & bikes all within the condo. The carport, with additional storage locker and mailbox are right out front with plenty of street parking as well. The Historic Pier, Estuary, Beach, restaurants and shoppes are all, at most, just a bicycle ride away. So if you fancy yourself an eco-tourist, bicycler, kayaker, surfer, swimmer, fisherman or beach person wanting to enjoy "Classic Southern California"-This is the home for you.
