This condo unit features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, inside utility with Washer and Dryer and fully equipped kitchen. Dining area plus eat-at counter in kitchen. Master bedroom is off the balcony area and has a large walk-in shower in the master bathroom. Pet friendly with either dog or cat not to exceed 35 pounds (tenants not allowed to have a pet). Relaxed Florida living in the beautiful Deep Creek community and at this small condo complex. The Deep Creek Golf Course offers golf memberships and there is a new clubhouse and dining area. The course offers a challenging 6000+ yard, Mark McCumber design - encompassed by a world of native Florida wildlife and natural landscape. This is one of the best Charlotte County golf courses. The Deep Creek community also has a park, playground, tennis court and nearby is the boat launch on the Peace River. The Gulf beaches is a easy ride away.
