What I love

It lives and flows easily. From a formal living room to a combination family room/dining room, to a kitchen separated by a bar from the dining room. In 1990 we enclosed an existing covered patio with Pella windows and slider to the back, which has access to both the iiving room and the family room There is a fireplace in the living room and a wonderful one in the family room. In 1983 we c ompletetely refurbished an existing poo'l adding a spa at the end. This included replastering and entirely new brick coping and matching tiles. The pooi was replastered again in 1999 we relandscaped the back around the pool mostly with citrus, so there are now a navel orange, a tangerine, a Valenca orange, a grapefruit and a Meyer lemon,, all the fruits of which we really enjoy

Neighborhood Description

E. Pamela and the adjoining Greenfield are all single family, one story homes. There has been no "mansionizing." although one or two on Greenfield have added a partial second story. The propetries are all well-kept and nicely landscaped. Street trees on E. Pamela are liquid ambers, and on Greenfield are crepe myrtle and, to the north, liquid ambers.
