This lovely home sits in a small cul-de-sac of 10 homes at the top of a hill with a view of Mt. Diablo. The backyard is expansive with no rear neighbors. The house backs to a large openspace providing a peaceful setting for outdoor play. The common areas are large, most rooms boast vaulted ceilings and extras such as wood paneling, ceiling fans, fireplaces, and much much more. This is a unique property that is a true home.

What I love about the home

We love the location of our home. We are close to both 680 and HWY 4. Yet our location on top of hull lanemakes us feel miles away. A bonus room, originally meant for billiards, is tiled with cherry wood and over 10 foot vaulted ceiling. We love that we have so many common areas. A formal front room, formal dining room, and a large bonus room, but we also have the smaller quaint areas as well: breakfast nook and family room. This rancher style makes getting around a breeze for our young children as well as elderly family members. This is one unique home.
