What I love about the home

Well appointed Sheridan floor plan by Ryan Homes, located in the Patriot High School District. Over 3,500 square feet of living space, including a fully finished walk out basement. Let's start with the main level which is as functional, as it is beautiful. Enter from garage into kitchen with Corian counters & copper pot rack above the island. Gas range is what serious cooks will love. Kitchen opens to breakfast area and overlooks family room, which has a gas fireplace. Instead of two formal rooms, the owners opted for only a formal dining room and substituted a study with a French door for the formal living room. Hardwood floors cover all but the study and family room of the main level. Upstairs is a luxury Master Suite. The elegant detail of the tray ceiling, repeated in the dining room, gets your attention first. Enjoy a sitting area, his/her walk-in closets and a luxury bathroom with jetted soaking tub, double vanity with two sinks, upgraded mirrors and light fixtures, ceramic tile and of course, a separate shower. Remaining three bedrooms, all good sized, share a nicely done hall bathroom also with double vanity and double sinks and ceramic tile flooring. Here is the more practical tub/shower combo. Laundry room is conveniently located on the bedroom level. The fully finished basement gives you plenty of recreation space and another full bathroom done up in ceramic tile with an upgraded vanity, mirror and light fixtures. This one is a shower only.
