Welcome to South Beach IV and this delightful two bedroom condo on the beach with a huge balcony of 684 square feet! With a northern exposure, the balcony provides added living area to enjoy the beach, Gulf and Intracoastal views for a tropical paradise right outside the living area. The unit has been updated and has easy to care for ceramic floors though out and neutral colors. The kitchen has newer glass front cabinets and black and stainless appliances. South Beach IV is a well managed community and has updated common areas including club room and large Tiki area close to the pool and beach which enhance the outdoor entertainment. Sand Key is less than 30 miles from the Tampa Airport and is popular for it's easy access to Clearwater Beach and other beaches to the south where there is dining, shopping and a wide range of water and outdoor activities locally and around central Florida.
