Neighborhood Description
The Eastbrook subdivision is a tree-lined neighborhood made up of single family homes with a variety of residents from young families to retirees. There is a voluntary neighborhood residents association that promotes security and aesthetics throughout the neighborhood, but there is not a homeowners association that imposes restrictions. The dividing line for Seminole and Orange Counties cuts through the area, with the residence at 1485 Viburnum laying within unincorporated Seminole County. Water and sewer are provided by the City of Caselberry, while electric power is provided by Progress Energy. Garbage and recycling pickup is paid through the Seminole County property tax.
 

What I love about the home

The home is within walking distance of the YMCA and is close to the Cross Seminole biking trail which connects the area to downtown Orlando via the Cady Way bike trail. This home is easy access to Aloma Ave (SR 426) and the Greenway (417) and is centrally located to Seminole and Orange Counties.
