My Notes

Edit
This 25 foot wide brick townhouse is a beautiful marriage of historical and modern living! This four story building has been completely renovated in two distinct phases. The upper triplex, which was restored and renovated by architect Steven Peterson and Radius Construction, houses the classical parlor floor with formal dining room and living room, both with beautiful wedding cake moldings and traditional fireplaces and a prep kitchen as well as a half bath. The master floor has an expansive bathroom with a cast iron footed tub, double sinks and a large glassed shower, a large walk-in closet, large library (also serviceable as a 5th bedroom), and a home office. The upper floor has three bedrooms and a central play/work room with sleeping or storage loft and a full bathroom. The second phase of the renovation incorporated the garden level with the upper triplex and created an open living/dining floor plan which opens to the gorgeous garden. Clay Miller was the designer and architect and Radius Construction handled the renovation. The open floor plan allows for a family room, full chef's kitchen with top of the line appliances and plenty of storage and a more intimate dining room, as well as a full bathroom, second home office and a mud room for storing the winter coats, boots and gear. The house flows beautifully and is complete with 4 zoned central air-conditioning and heating and well maintained utilities. OPEN HOUSES BY APPOINTMENT ONLY  More Less

      Market guide

Zillow predicts Cobble Hill home values will increase 3.4% next year, compared to a 2.3% rise for New York as a whole. Among 11201 homes, this home is valued 235.9% more than the midpoint (median) home, and is valued 12.3% more per square foot.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In Cobble Hill, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 60.2% higher than in New York, and 61.1% lower than the national average. This higher local number may prevent Cobble Hill home values from rising as quickly as other regions in New York.
