My Notes

This 25 foot wide brick townhouse is a beautiful marriage of historical and modern living! This four story building has been completely renovated in two distinct phases. The upper triplex, which was restored and renovated by architect Steven Peterson and Radius Construction, houses the classical parlor floor with formal dining room and living room, both with beautiful wedding cake moldings and traditional fireplaces and a prep kitchen as well as a half bath.
