Two beautifully furnished Master suites and a smaller 3rd office bedroom, with the second Master suite being on the upper floor with great privacy, wonderful lounging area and atrium deck. You really have to see this place to understand the brightness and spaciousness it has with original art throughout. Downstairs main bath is gorgeous - marble, granite, glass shower. Kitchen with gourmet 6 burner stove and oven and a spacious eating area overlooking the lemon tree and garden. There is a one car garage available for 200.00 per month -shared laundry in garage w/ downstairs tenant. The backyard is great, with a deck and garden areas, lemon, plum, lime, and a big redwood tree! It is very convenient to the Castro (one block) but on a lovely street that makes you feel like you are in a much quieter environment. Hardwood floors throughout, central heating, dishwasher, dishes, towels, sheets, all there ready to go. email or call owner - tell us a bit about yourself please, and we will get in touch.
