Fenced in back yard for the dogs and the kids, placed in the middle of pecan trees, two ponds with stack stone waterfall for a beautiful view out of the kitchen window as well as off the back porch. 3 car garage, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths could be a fourth bedroom upstairs that is currently our den. Surround sound hard wired through most of the house, master bath has travertine tile, the second bathroom has marble, custom drapes stay with the house, mud room, all appliances stay except refrigerator and washer and dryer. Home comes with one shed in the fenced back yard, home is very efficient, granite kitchen with stainless steel appliances. This home is very much a sanctuary. Neighborhood Description
This neighborhood has mostly adult owned property, 95% homeowners, quiet, all streets are paved, we are five minutes from the Will Rogers Turnpike entrance, you can be most anywhere in Tulsa in 30 minutes, Bonus- we have a NEW QT close to the house- :)
 

What I love about the home

The double sided fireplace in the formal living room and kitchen makes for very cozy nights in the winter, the waterfall on the stack stoned wall overlooking the pond brings serenity at its best- top vacation spots don't rival sitting out watching the waterfall. We have a large kitchen that brings our family together often. Great veiw from off the patio, large yard big enough for everybody to play and practice golf or ride four wheelers. This is a home that brings people together. Small town schools with high quality education.
