This is a beautiful brick home with cedar accents on a half acre lot. Located in gorgeous Tyler Crossing just 1 mile east of HW 169 in Collinsville it is country living with the benefit of shopping & restaurants just five minutes away. This is a 4 bedroom or 3 beds with a flex room. Nice covered front porch & back patio. Oversized 3-car garage with built in shelving and a heavy-duty aluminum attic ladder. This home was built for energy efficiency with BIB... Blown in Blanket insulation throughout and spray in foam insulation above living space. The garage is also fully insulated as well as the garage doors. The attic space is floored and lighted.
There are lots of extras in this home. It has custom interior window shutters on the entire west side & in one bedroom. Hardwood floors in the living room with a vented gas fireplace. Large ceramic tiles are throughout the entry, dining and kitchen, mudroom, large laundry, hallways & baths. The master bath has a custom Polystone double sink vanity & shower. Linen closets in both baths. Exquisite granite counters in kitchen and laundry with beautiful oak cabinetry throughout the home. What I love about the home

The home is very spacious & we love the open floor plan. The granite is one of our favorite features. The neighborhood is beautiful with quiet, country living and yet being just 1 mile east of HW 169 shopping is just five minutes away.
