Where's the Zestimate?

County transactional data for this home is insufficient so we cannot calculate a Zestimate. We are adding data all the time, so be sure to come back.

Tax Assessor's Value

Depending on the jurisdiction where you live, this value could be the tax assessed, tax appraised, or market assessed value. This value comes from the taxing authority of the city, county or state where you live; this is not Zillow's value.

Note: Tax assessor's values differ from Zillow's Zestimate, which is computed by entering numerous data points into a proprietary formula, often resulting in a more accurate value estimate.

My Notes

Edit
Cute English basement, part of our home in the historic Brookland neighborhood, a peaceful, leafy immediate suburb of DC but only 10 mins to Capitol Hill and 15 mins to downtown. Metro stations are closeby Rhode Island and Brookland CUA are both on the red line. 3 stops from Union station, 5 stops from Gallery place Chinatown. In no time you can be downtown and enjoying all the wonderful sights and museums here in DC whilst leaving your car at home loads of free parking. The basement has just been remodeled, its light and airy but cozy too. You have your own separate entrance so can come and go as you please. Wireless TV and cable are included. There is a separate private shower room, queen bed and also a day bed bed which can comfortably sleep an extra guest. Its self contained with its own bar mini kitchen area fridge, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker and washing machine. Please email if you have further questionsThanks  More Less

Zillow predicts Kingman Park home values will increase 5.8% next year, compared to a 1.6% rise for Washington as a whole.

Foreclosures will be a factor impacting home values in the next several years. In Kingman Park, the number of foreclosures waiting to be sold is 191.9% greater than in Washington, and 139% greater than the national average. This higher local number may prevent Kingman Park home values from rising as quickly as other regions in Washington.
