Investment property 3 units short walk to the beach. Gas wall heaters. Summer rental history. Beach lot 40 X 80 for that location. Walk up 'M' Street to sandy beach where the bath houses are located is very convenient for renters. Each unit has 2 bedrooms with a 3/4 bath. Units have been renovated and updated. Units were rented year round at one time but present owner has seasonal occupancy permits only. One site parking for each unit. Large shared deck area for the rear two units. Low maintenance vinyl siding. So much potential. Unitil gas and electric. Public water and sewer. Lovely sunset views short walk end of street overlooks the Hampton River Marina area. Front unit one has dining area, kitchen, & living. Rear two units have open concept living and kitchen, enclosed porch's. Flood insurance required owner pays $1,800 a yr.
