Priced to sell at only $254 per square foot. Compare to this recent sale http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/48-W-Plumage-Dr-Sedona-AZ-86336/8781494_zpid/ which sold in December 2013 for $366 per square foot!! This home is more than 1000 square feet larger and has more acreage. Very motivated Sellers.
