Newer roof (tear-off) 1998, Carrier dual stage variable speed furnace, chimney liner, water heater (all 2004), plumbing updated to PVC, front windows replaced with low-E coated, argon-filled glass (transferable warranty). Washer (2009) Dryer (2004), newer storm doors, eat-in kitchen with new floors and lighting installed 2013. Wood floors throughout most of 1st floor including bedrooms. Garage roof was sealed 2011. Fully insulated attic that could be finished into additional rooms. Fenced yard. Move-in ready. Great value on terrific street!
