New Paint interior/exterior.Front Yard had Beautiful Iron Fence and Landscape with automatic sprinkler.This Home has lots of potential. It?s had a rare 20008sqft flat lot, zone R2, please check with City, they said ok to build one more single family house at the back. Don't forget to step up to the huge attic with room for expansion.The location of this home is awesome; very quiet and friendly neighborhood. Prime location close to Old town, JPL, PCC and Metro.
